    Literally One Of The Best
Clark Bartram here, I'm here to talk about something that's really impressed me: "Midlife Conversations with Natalie Jill Hollan." Natalie and I are friends colleagues, and I’ve had the privilege of watching her navigate the fitness industry's ups and downs and always somehow coming back on top. She’s driven and focused, but as a podcaster, she’s truly found her calling. I’ve had the opportunity to both be interviewed by her and listen to her interview others, and I can tell you, she's exceptional. What stands out immediately is Natalie’s genuine curiosity. It’s not a shallow, scripted interview; she delves deep, asking thoughtful questions that reveal the true essence of her guests. She’s smart, she’s passionate, and she has a remarkable ability to extract real, valuable insights from meaningful guests who are all very accomplished in their own professions. "Midlife Conversations" resonates because of its authenticity. Natalie creates a safe space for vulnerability, allowing guests to share their stories with honesty and openness. This leads to genuine connections and conversations that are both engaging and enlightening. She studies prior so she can be in true alignment with some very interesting and intelligent guests. Having spent decades in the fitness industry, I can recognize someone who’s truly in their element. Natalie’s dedication to helping people navigate the complexities of midlife is evident in every episode. She shares her own experiences, both the challenges and the triumphs, making her relatable and inspiring. This podcast isn’t just for women in midlife; it’s for anyone seeking inspiration and genuine insights. Whether she’s discussing health, relationships, career transitions, or personal growth, Natalie offers a unique and refreshing perspective. I've seen Natalie grow professionally, and I can honestly say she’s never been more authentic or impactful than she is with "Midlife Conversations." If you’re looking for a podcast that’s informative, inspiring, and real, look no further. Natalie Jill Hollan has created something truly special, and I'm proud to call her a colleague. Do yourself a favor and give it a listen. You won’t be disappointed.

Debunking the Hormone Myth with Dr. Kelly Casper
I just listened to your podcast with Dr.Kelly Casper, and I just wanted to say, Wow!!! What an OUTSTANDING interview & conversation!!! You did an amazing job. Thank you so much! I’ve been deep in research on this subject for my own health and have listened to quite a few podcasts and have read the major books, including Dr.Caspers. She’s a champion for women’s health! What I love so much about your interview is that was concise and hits all top-line questions. It was super easy to listen to while learning so much! It’s the PERFECT episode to share to help educate women on the topic, which I’ve been trying to do. We women have got to lookout for one another and take care of each other. Thank you for sharing your time and talents for all of us to benefit from. Much love & gratitude 🤗❤️

Sales grift to her overpriced packages
Nothing beneficial for midlife women. Its all about un proven expensive treatments and vitamins.

Selling selling & dragging out info
This is a podcast for the barely Informed … educated people learned this info in 2001… over explaining because she lacks content?

I’ve been a fan for years!
Such a significant pod cast! I am a nurse and am still learning so much from Natalie and her very educated guests about the healthcare topics that relate to me! They explain in easy to understand language and then always offer solutions to issues you may be facing.

Great topics for women - highly recommend
Natalie covers a lot of topics that aren’t covered in a typical news cycle. These are topics important to our well-being, but aren’t necessarily talked about. I highly recommend listening to learn new ideas about what it means to be healthy midlife.

Why Leadership is the Most Important…
This review is for the above noted episode. Andy says he’s spent time on educating and developing himself. Can’t get past his usage of “dude” every other word. How much more effective could you be and the audience reach you could achieve by eliminating this childish and disrespectful term. His content is good but this ruins it.
  • 22runnin2u
    Thank you
I love this podcast. It is really and inspiring. Thank you for all of the midlife content.
  • ninietgigi
    Good content. Tad too fast-paced
Solid content but I wish the host would slow down a tad. Comes across as slightly hyperactive. Enthusiasm is good but measured enthusiasm is even better
  • Laurie306
    What now?
I love this podcast, there is so much information we need and thank you for delivering the information with so much enthusiasm. The most recent episode has got me perplexed! Yes, hormones-no hormones? So many say yes, but I don’t want cancer, no one does. Now I’m back to wondering 😧

Unique conversations that you don’t hear anywhere else!
I’m approaching mid-life and I found so many of the topics relatable and helpful! Natalie Jill is an skillful interviewer and draws great information from her guests. I loved the episodes about trauma processing (Neeta’s story is so inspiring ❤️) and intermittent fasting—I’m still working on losing the COVID weight I gained, so I will definitely be incorporating this advice! I wasn’t expecting to love this podcast as much as I do—it will be on my regular rotation from here out.

    Life changing
I heard Natalie’s interview on Betty Rocker’s podcast and it changed my life. I started following her and listening to her podcast from episode 1 and just finished all 280 of them. Some people binge Netflix, I binge Natalie’s podcast! :) Her interviews bring these amazing successful people into a human, relatable form! I have learned so much from each of them and my perspective on life and myself has changed! I have vision board now !( Natalie is on it. LOL) I have found a holistic doctor and took my health in my hands! I started to believe in and accept myself! I’m excited to wake up in the morning with gratitude! Thank you so much for opening my eyes Natalie!

    Not a good listener
The host isn’t a good listener. It wasn’t enjoyable to hear her interrupt guests and not allow them to finish sentences based on the questions she asks.
  • Kristinleigh03

    Eating Smarter with Shawn Stevenson
This episode blew my mind when I heard the statistics about obesity, diabetes and how only 12% of the population are metabolically healthy. Great information, I already bought the book. Natalie asked all the questions that I was thinking about. Good stuff

    Listen to Natalie!!
Wooo!! I absolutely love listening to Natalie Jill’s podcast and always take away valuable and vital information whether it’s mind, body, fitness, health, overcoming obstacles—this list goes on!! ❤️❤️ Her guest are amazing and a wealth of knowledge! After a podcast, I will find and follow her guests on Instagram or follow their podcasts, knowledge stacking!! I really resonated with the latest episode “Biohacking with Gary Brecka” in regards to the helpful nuggets of wisdom on ADHD and OCD—my brain—and same side injuries. I definitely checked my vitamin bottles! Great details on inflammation, preservatives, digestion, and raw materials!! 🙏🙏❤️❤️

Helpful and interesting , good voice
Enjoyed the tips for decluttering . I’m a mom of a messy, trash hoarder teen. I feel your pain . Eventually they move out! As for me, the older I get the more willing I am to throw things out . Menopause does that . 🤣

    Thank you!
Your podcast is so encouraging and I am so amazed at your courageous heart to share your journey and personal experiences with us. Thanks for your episode about covid. As someone who had covid I appreciated all the truth you shared from your personal experience. Keep shining, the world needs more people like you.

    Your interviewing skills
Natalie, you are one of the best interviewers I’ve ever heard. You have the uncanny ability to get people to open up and talk freely. Maybe it’s because you’re so open yourself. I loved how you describe sky diving in your excellent podcast of Andres Pira. You asked Andres great questions.

    Leveling Up!
The title of Natalie Jill’s podcast is spot on to the content she delivers!!! Natalie speaks from her heart and shares her own life experiences that we all can relate too. I especially appreciate that Natalie does not use any fitness or nutrition industry jargon. The second I start listening to a podcast that requires a dictionary, I am out. Not so with Natalie Jill, feels like sitting with a great friend enjoying a cup of coffee together. So excited to Level Up!!!!
  • IzoldaT

    Leveling up
Natalie and Penelope: Thank you for the episode! Penelope you are soooo brave for telling your story. You are awesome. Keep being you! If someone doesn’t like you for you- they’re not worth it. Natalie- thank you. I can’t imagine how hard it was to do this interview. All this at 13!? My daughter is 11 and got a phone a few months ago. She is not allowed on social media. Crazy to me how these girls are so young and very impressionable when they act so mature, mostly. Thank you thank you thank you both! Sincerely, Jen Jones
